Delivery, Returns and Refund
We will deliver the product to our customers in 2 days if available in stock and 30 days or more if the product is custom- made.
You are entitled to a 30 day refund after sending us the item in a 14 days time period.
We will do what we reasonably can to meet the estimated delivery timeframe referred to in the Despatch Email. However, please note that this date is only an estimate and may be affected by an Event outside our control.
Depending upon the payment method used, it will take 8-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you cancel your contract we will refund you the full price you paid for the Product(s). However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of goods, if this has been cause by you handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
Please note that refunds are only offered to our online customers
Cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
a) Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised;
b) Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or
c) Any Products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift to be entitled to a refund.

 In general the delivering agent will be: a) Royal Mail special delivery service for the United Kingdom (including the outer British Isles and Northern Ireland addresses); b) FedEx secure delivery for any other country worldwide; c) In special circumstances, the delivery agent may be a different agent
For Health and Safety reasons, earrings will not be considered for return.
If you do not receive your items within 21 days of your scheduled delivery date we shall not be liable unless you notify us, in writing, at our contact address within 10 days following the 21 days.
You may normally cancel your order placed on Our Web Site (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item using Our Web Site within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our Goods and Services except for those specially made to order, personalised or altered to fit.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 working day cooling-off period, please follow the Returns Instructions that comes with your order, package the relevant item(s) securely and return it to us using the return label so that we receive it within 14 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
If you wish to return an item we advise you to contact our Customer Service team from the ‘Contact us’ section.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your payment method with the full purchase price of the goods returned and any delivery charges applied no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

If the item is not in its original state we offer no refund. This means that the item has not been repaired by a third party, has not been altered in any way that we cannot present it in the store, has not been personalised and has been taken care of.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning cancelled items to us.
Please note that you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us and you will need to pay for postage. If we have sent the item to you in error, we will refund your postage charges. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues. You have the right to cancel your order if delivery was essential to you or we can set out a new estimated delivery for you
We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund (refund you in full, minus any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss) any items where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them.
The prices of return are your responsibility worldwide.
A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused, unworn in its original condition and in its original packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached (including our white tag). The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. In short, we require the product to be in the same condition as you received it in. You must also return the sales receipt for the relevant product when returning the product to us.
We provide you with the opportunity to receive a free delivery for orders over £500 in the territory of the United Kingdom.
We provide international delivery, which is free when you spend over £1000.
